Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

When you create a TikOps account we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you connect your TikTok account we store your TikTok username and the data necessary to receive live stream events (gifts, follows, likes, shares, comments). We do not store your TikTok password.

During your streams, TikOps processes real-time event data (gift types, viewer usernames, counts) to power your overlays and automations. This data is processed in memory and is not permanently stored beyond what is needed for leaderboards, goals, and session statistics.

2. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the TikOps website. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to the TikOps dashboard. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while using TikOps.

3. Payment processing

Payments for TikOps Pro are processed by Stripe. TikOps never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

4. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the TikOps service: powering your overlays, processing stream events, sending TTS audio, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Data retention & your rights

You can delete your TikOps account at any time from the dashboard settings page. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Stream session data (leaderboard history, goal history) is deleted along with your account.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord or email.

6. Data security

TikOps uses encrypted connections and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We monitor our infrastructure 24/7 to ensure service reliability and security.

7. Third-party services

TikOps uses the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — for TTS audio generation. Text submitted for TTS is sent to Google Cloud and subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Google Analytics 4 — for anonymised website analytics.
