Terms of Service

1. Service description

TikOps ("the Service") is a real-time overlay and engagement system for TikTok LIVE streamers. It provides browser-source overlays, gift alerts, leaderboards, goal bars, TTS audio, automations, and related tools accessible via a web dashboard and optional desktop application.

TikOps is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

2. Acceptable use

You may use TikOps for lawful purposes in connection with your TikTok LIVE streams. You agree not to:

• Use TikOps to violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the TikOps API or infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use TikOps to harass, spam, or harm other users or viewers
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access Pro features without a valid subscription

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. TikOps is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TikOps. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Billing & subscription

TikOps offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You will not receive a reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

5. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (TikTok API, Google Cloud, Stripe), or unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TikOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of TikOps is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikOps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost stream income, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of TikOps shall not exceed the amount you paid to TikOps in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Discord server or by email. Continued use of TikOps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
